1971 Mercedes Benz 280 SE

Originally sold in the United States, this vehicle made its way to British Columbia where it stayed for multiple years. It was then brought to Quebec where it was transferred from one family member to another. Finally, it was sold locally to a private collector, the vehicle was parked indoors for multiple years. During previous ownership, the vehicle was repainted to its original color of 462 Metallic Beige. Upon my purchasing the vehicle, it required maintenance before road use, I have many receipts on file demonstrating what was done. During my 7 years of ownership, the vehicle was always stored indoors and never driven in the rain.
The vehicle is categorized as a “driver” grade, it presents very well, but it must be said that there are components of the vehicle that are tired and may need future attention. There are spots of corrosion around some of the body trimmings and the rear window passenger side.
